Went to school at St Augustines across the road from Brooky so was aware of them. Genuinely got in to the Eagles in 1987 when we won the GF.

In 1966 saw the great Bozo play and became a fan immediately. Now heavily involved within the Club, giving something back so to say

1963, aged 8, lived in the bush and Mum signed me up for Junior League. Was assigned a side and given a jersey ( sponsored by the local sports store who donated NSWRL jerseys) . Asked the coach ( probably about 16 but I thought he was old as) which sides jersey I was wearing.
His answer " the mighty Sea Eagles"
Been a fan since that day, so 51 years in March.

Been following Manly since 1966, favorite all time player is Bob Fulton, my family are all Souths the dog included he has his own Souths jumper,i was born in Botany. Manly V Penrith at the old Penrith Park was my first ever game, Manly won 70-7, first ever grand final was also 73, never regretted following Manly best decision ever made.

All of my family are Sea Eagles fans. Simple really!! I was (apparently!!) conceived on the spit on my grandfather's boat, and delivered in Manly hospital by Dr Higham in 1975... Mum said that talking about Manly with him took a high precedence over my impending birth!! Both sides of my family lived in North Curly, mum's parents across from the tennis courts (they're gone now) near the junction of Pitt and Griffith roads, and my father's parents lived on Soniver road, overlooking Nth Curly Surf Club. Both my parents were actively involved with NCCSLSC until we moved to Bilambil Valley (home of the mighty JETS!!) in 1984. I started school at curl curl, started playing footy at age 4 for "N" grade at curly with some bloke named Terry Randall as coach... His son Matt was our five/eight or something!! Dad was great mates with Wombat, used to see a lot of him at bbqs and the like, still a lovely bloke who was as much an uncle to me growing as any blood relatives I've soared like an Eagle and cried like a baby at the ebb and flow of Manly's fortune for as long as I remember. It's a mark of pride for me that we win more than we lose, and any flack I've taken just adds to the pride of being an Eagle. Manly Sea Eagles: it's not a choice, it's a way of life!!

My dad was a manly fan.He was from Enfield but travelled to north narrabeen to surf so he had a love affair with the area.I had no choice lol.Theres a large extension/games room at my parents house and one time when mum went out dad painted the roof maroon and the walls white. The crap hit the fan when mum got home but what was done was done.I spent my younger years going to games everywhere with dad for me it was more than just a team you follow.Manly for me reminds me of great memories with dad,a passion that will never die and the us against the world mentality that I'm sure fellow manly fans would understand. In recent years grand final day was a family affair when manly made the GF.Mum and dad couldn't afford to go to the Gf and I didn't want to watch it without them so we just made a big day out of it.The 2013 GF wasn't the best result but we had a great day with family and it was the last time I saw my dad alive. He passed away the next weekend. It made that day even more special to me..I got offered so many tickets to the game and was even offered corporate box seats worth over 3 grand but I just had to watch it with my family .. My dad's final resting place Is Brookvale oval.Three weeks ago we travelled up there and spread my dad's ashes from the point where the players run on to the field to where the ball is kicked off:So when we watch our beloved sea eagles play at home I know my dad is there watching with me.. R.I.P David Falle Manly for life
