The Fulton Menzies Stand (TFMS) Terms and Conditions
The TFMS team want this to be a relaxed community where like minded Manly supporters can interact and debate all the big issues revolving around the Mighty Sea Eagles. Keeping that in mind we still need to make sure we dot a few Is and cross a few Ts to ensure we don't have every lawyer on the eastern seaboard on our tails.
The Legal Stuff
1) TFMS is in no way linked or endorsed by MWSE LTD or MWDRLFC we are simply a fan site providing an avenue for Manly fans to interact online.
2) By choosing to post at TFMS stand you agree to follow all our Terms and Conditions.
3) Every user needs to have their own unique username before joining the conversation
4) Links to illegal live streaming of NRL games and other live sport are never to be posted or private messaged in the forum. (Just get foxsports you tightass)
5) Copyright and Intellectual property: Don't reproduce someone else's work and post it here at TFMS. This is really important with news articles and items produced from the club. In the coming weeks we will provide a service to upload news articles but in the meantime all news articles posted will need the Link posted and No more and 10% of the original article as per Australian Copyright law.
6) Any content posted on TFSM becomes ours to be used royalty free for as long a period of time as we choose.
7) The comments and posts of users on this forum belong to each individual user and not the owners of this website, while all care will be taken to remove any offending material we cannot guarantee that all items will be actioned by the moderation team. 8) Don't be breaking the Law on our forums. This means please do not post comments that slander or defame individuals or organisations, don't promote or broadcast any illegal activities on our forum.
Keeping it Real
1) Play nice people, we're all friends here and more importantly we are all EQUALS. We wont have too many rules and restrictions on how people interact on here however Trolling and Cyber bullying wont be tolerated and may lead to some time in the sin bin for the guilty party.
2) The forum is aimed at Manly fans aged 18 and over however we do understand we may have some younger eagles fans visit from time to time so please keep it relatively clean. Some colourful language in context will be over looked and there is a word filter in place, excessive swearing will be deleted.
3) Posts of an overtly graphic sexual nature are not what we're about and will be deleted, repeat offenders may also spend sometime in the sin bin.
The most important rule.
Have Fun and enjoy your time here, just remember this is only a football forum not life and death so don't take things on here too seriously.
