Tell us about where you like to go or even somewhere you want to go.
I loved the UK but Thailand is by far my favourite holiday destination especially to the south in the Adanman sea around Phuket the place is amazing tourist areas like crazy Patong and amazing beaches like Kata and Karon
Im planning a 3 week holiday in November to include Vietnam, Bangkok and then back to Phuket.
Anyone been to Vietnam is sounds really interesting and is so cheap.

Halong Bay in Vietnam is a must I've heard, hopefully might go there in a couple of years, and connect with the Re-unification Express.

Have been to a lot of places around the world. Tropical, european, Asian, Islands, Cruises etc. But by far i love the U.S more than anything. My next holiday will be Route 66. I know a lot of it has been bypassed but i think it's still the most effective way to see a lot of the U.S.A.

Over Christmas, the Mrs and I flew off to Lombok for a week. We really enjoyed the place. Great snorkelling and everything is so cheap. Jetstar recently commenced direct flights from Perth. Just over 3 hrs and your in paradise! But as far as faves go, give me Thailand any day! Koh Samui is our No.1 but we also like Kata Beach in Phuket.

You fibber So based on your previous profession mark where do you think is the most popular place for Aussies to go overseas Bali is close to the top but New Zealand is the biggest purely on numbers ( much of that is VFR traffic, visiting family and relatives ) . My personal favourite is the Med area, love Italy , Greece, Croatia . Like Bones love the African continent, although have only been to SA, Zimbabwe , Kenya, Botswana , must return to do Mozambique and Namibia. But currently the caravan and Australia is great
